Why do all diets start tomorrow? Or Monday?
Why can’t a diet start right now? Ok, aside from the fact that it’s 3am in the morning, why should diets start later rather than sooner??
Is there a shrink in the house?
Are we delaying as to avoid what we think is a state of deprivation?
Are we mentally revving on the run-way?
Or just cramming in as many calories as possible to stave off the day where we start restricting them?
